Yeoju Dojasesang, a Multi-Shopping Venue for Livingware Ceramics and Culture
Dojasesang, located in Yeoju, has established itself as a major production site for ceramic livingware in Korea, well known for its abundant natural resources including clean water, dense forest of pine trees, and high-quality kaolin.
It includes the World Ceramic Livingware Gallery (Bandal Art Museum), which is a special livingware museum, and the largest ceramics shopping mall in Korea comprising four major shops – the Art Shop, the Living Shop, the Brand Shop, and the Gallery Shop – organized according to the characteristics of the products and tastes of the consumers. Located near famous tourist attractions − including the Riverside Park, Silleuksa Temple, Birthplace of Empress Myeongseon, and Yeongneung and Nyeongneung (Tombs of King Sejong and Queen Soheon) − Dojasesang allows visitors to view, create, enjoy, and purchase livingware ceramics.
